The internal companion to the CHONG liniment. Where the topical moves blood at the tissue surface, CHONG NEI works through the interior: moving blood stasis through the internal organ network, opening the eliminatory pathway so that dispersed stasis can exit the body through the large intestine, and supporting the body's own response to acute injury. This is Phase 1 medicine taken internally. Its therapeutic window is the first two weeks post-injury, and it should not be continued beyond that threshold.

San Qi leads at 21%, placed at chief dose to move blood decisively in the acute presentation. The three classical resins are included at 25% combined weight, a formulation decision unique in the commercial internal dit da market. Da Huang's descending action carries dispersed blood stasis downward and out through the large intestine. Yan Hu Suo moves qi and blood to address the stasis underlying the pain.

Indicated for: Acute trauma support in the first 0 to 2 weeks. Internal companion to the CHONG topical liniment.

Contraindicated in: Pregnancy, an absolute contraindication. Chronic loose stool or active diarrhea. Prolonged use beyond 2 weeks without reassessment.

Suggested Use: 6 capsules (3g) three times daily with warm water, taken with meals to ease the resin constituents on the stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Maximum 2 weeks continuous use.
