YYANG NEI addresses the patient who has moved through the acute and intermediate phases of injury recovery and now faces the final and most demanding clinical task: restoring the qi, blood, and essence that months of injury, treatment, and restricted activity have consumed. It is equally the formula for the elderly patient, the post-surgical patient, and the chronically depleted athlete whose root qi and constitutional reserve have never rebuilt after repeated insult.

Huang Qi leads at 21%, the premier qi tonic in the classical system, placed at therapeutic chief dose to anchor the formula in Spleen-Lung qi generation. Bai Zhu at 15% activates Spleen transportation so the nourishing load of the formula moves to the tissue rather than accumulating as dampness at the center. E Jiao at 9% reaches deeper than any other formula in the line, building Kidney-Liver blood-yin at the constitutional level. Rou Gui warms the interior and mobilizes the formula's nourishment outward to cold, deficient tissue, so a dense tonic load circulates and transforms rather than stagnating.

Indicated for: Phase 3 recovery (6 weeks onward), constitutional deficiency, post-surgical depletion, elderly musculoskeletal patients, athletes post-season or post-overtraining, and lingering exhaustion and depletion following musculoskeletal injury. Open-ended use with monthly reassessment. Primary internal companion to YANG oil.

Contraindicated in: Heat and excess patterns. Acute patterns. Active inflammation. Pregnancy.

Suggested Use: 6 capsules (3g) twice daily with warm water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
