The final phase of recovery is not drama. It is slow accumulation: tissue rebuilding, blood returning to depleted structures, Kidney essence restoring the constitutional reserve that injury and exertion have consumed. YANG is the Phase 3 oil, designed for the athlete who has done the acute and intermediate work and now needs deep nourishment rather than vigorous moving. It is equally indicated for the aging patient whose constitution already tends toward deficiency, and for whom any injury compounds a pre-existing constitutional deficit.

Where CHONG and JIAN disperse, YANG consolidates. The formula is warming, tonifying, and deeply nourishing. Huang Qi generates the surface qi that carries nourishment out to depleted tissue, while Dang Gui and Bai Shao supply the blood and yin layer. Huang Jing provides the qi-yin substrate, and Du Zhong carries Kidney-Liver structural governance at the sinew-bone level. Rou Gui warms the channels so cold, depleted tissue can take in and circulate what it is given.

Indicated for: Phase 3 recovery, post-injury depletion, constitutional deficiency with musculoskeletal weakness, elderly patients with chronic soft tissue complaints, athletes in the final recovery arc. Pairs with YANG NEI internal formula.

Application: Apply 4 to 6 drops to the affected area. Warm the oil between the palms before applying. Slow massage with sustained pressure. Once to twice daily, preferably in the evening. A warm compress over the area afterward deepens the nourishing effect.

Key Ingredients: Huang Qi (Astragalus) Root, Huang Jing (Polygonatum) Rhizome, Du Zhong (Eucommia) Bark, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis) Root, Bai Shao (White Peony) Root, Ji Xue Teng (Spatholobus) Stem, Rou Gui (Cinnamon) Bark, San Qi (Notoginseng) Root. Carrier: Sesame oil 80%, Castor oil 20%, with Vitamin E (Tocopherol).
